Another holiday has come and gone, therefore school must start up once again. I suppose that it wasn't really a vacation, but whenever I get together with a large group of family members with vast amounts of food, it sure does feel like it.
So what was included in this lovely day? Well, it all started with my parents, sister, family friends and I going to service at 8:30 in the morning. Unsurprisingly enough, the sister was not looking forward to this from lack of sleep throughout the week. As for me, I didn't really care much since my internal clock decides that 7:15 is about the right time for me to wake up any day, despite any lack of sleep.
After we got back, we had "brunch" at 11:30. I personally would consider this lunch. As soon as Round 1 was over, Round 2 revved up. Round 2 included hiding Easter eggs around the house, extreme lounging, modeling sessions and playing around with cousins.
Can I admit that I've accidentally fallen asleep twice today? Once was while sitting straight up at a table, the other time was about three hours ago. Probably not the best since I should probably be going to be soon, yet I'm starting to get energy again.
Yes, there were pictures. Unfortunately, I do not have the camera that has said pictures. Actually, I don't have my camera at all. I'll have to get that back later.
Hope everyone had a fun Easter!

A Tad Off, The Rules of the Universe, Fugitive and Calming Down
Today was just one of those days where I was a tad off. I woke up about two hours later than usual, ate breakfast and lunch two hours later, lifted weights and did planks... You get the picture.
Actually, the day was just kind of odd in general.
One of the many Rules of the Universe came into play today. The rule is, "The one day you dress down and think to yourself, 'It doesn't matter what I'm wearing right now', you will be in a situation that requires you to look decent. Strolling back to the dorms after going to the RSC, I was called out to do an interview. This was the day when I was wearing basketball shorts, sweatshirt, and the skin was not in peak condition. However, being interviewed was pretty cool! The people were recording it to show at a university conference or something to convince other schools to build eco-dorms. Afterwards, I instantly started thinking of things I could have done better, but you know what? Life goes on, and you can't change the past. I need to practice my camera skills still.
The evening was filled with a game of Fugitive. The game happened to be without cars, but it still worked. A few of my hall mates and I signed up, but guess what they did? They didn't show up. Geez, I'm seriously getting tired of people backing out on me all of the time... At least say you're not going before and not at the time of the event!
Alright, I'll stop ranting. I almost came into this post with an angry mood (all I'm going to say is people messing with my cookie dough dip), but I waited. I chilled out a bit, and here we are with a (hopefully!) calm sounding post.
Can I just say Community is one of my favorite shows ever? I might even consider it my favorite show. It seriously makes me laugh out loud for large chunks of time. ...I talk about it a lot, don't I?
Oh my goodness! I've realized that I can never have candy in my room, can I? I simply munch on it constantly! Curse you delicious butterscotches!
Have a lovely evening everyone!
When was the last time you were caught off guard?

Being In The Know and Halloween Candy
Currently I am trying to find out if there is anything happening back in town tonight. No such luck is happening... yet. I hope that changes. Anywho, let's take a look at last night and today.
Last night I went to a party down in Corvallis with people in my sister's class. Seems strange, but they actually think I'm pretty cool. (...That's not narcissistic.) It was a fun time just hangin' out, meeting new people and talking to people about random stuff. It might have not been one of the more intense parties out there, but I actually had a better time there than at some of those parties. I suppose I'm just kind of chill.
I woke up early today even after staying up until... 2? Yeah, I'm pretty sure 2. I woke up at 7:50 and couldn't fall back asleep because there is something wrong with me. I stayed the night at one of my sister's friend's house and watched Glee until my sister and her friend woke up. I can now say I've seen the first episode of Glee!
Rest of the day was doing laundry at home, then driving back here. It also involved eating a large amount of candy, especially my lover Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Now here I am in my dorm, hoping to find out of anything happening tonight. I thought that I heard of something going on, but then my connection to that isn't even in town. If all esle fails, there's two showings of Rocky Horror Picture Show happening in Salem tonight. I've always wanted to go to a real showing... But that's a last minute plan because I'd rather go with a group of people. I suppose I will just have to see what happens. Hope everyone ends up having a lovely evening!
What are your Halloween plans?
